DocuRehab uses a very innovative system as it stores information in PDF format.
Patient information is collected with electronic forms using drop down menus, radio buttons, check boxes, etc. The data is entered fast and efficiently either by the patient himself or by the doctor.  All current forms are optimized for touch screen use (big button minimum text entry, wide use of drop down menu).

DocuRehab  is very fast: it saves the forms  in the patient folder and automatically recalls the last form for each new visit; so only a few parameters need to be changed, making a first SOAP entry under a minute and a re-entry under 20 seconds.

DocuRehab uses Forms to document, because form offers the best clinical efficiency:
In a form, the data is geographically located making it a snap for you to retrieve it; the old text generating software has only a single purpose: loose the insurance adjuster by burying relevant data in ten lines of text. Multiple days or form can be open simultaneously and compared side by side.

DocuRehab does not force you to change your old habits but just make them faster: You can recreate the same forms that you have been using for years in your office (99% of the forms that you will need are already integrated in the program).
Should you want to create your own forms; you can do it in house by buying an off the shelf editor, or you can farm it out to one of the specialized companies; different third parties provide those services. DocuRehab accepts forms posted on your web site and integrates them into your patient file: the forms are filled on line without the need to be printed and sent automatically back to your office email then re-imported into the patient folder; you can use different encryption systems to protect patient identity and confidential information.

We are currently the best in the industry and we intend to stay this way; but should you feel otherwise in 6 months 3 years or 10 years; all your patient’s files are written in pdf format the ipso factory standard in the industry; which means any one can read, print the information without the need of a proprietary software without even the need to contact us.

DocuRehab upgrades itself monthly as the PDF is upgraded monthly and your software will improve even if you do not buy a DocuRehab upgrade. Any improvement made to the pdf industry standard is automatically an improvement to your DocuRehab program. Currently you can draw directly in the form, speak to the form, and add voice annotations and much more. Remember, the speed of your computer will partly determine the practicality of all those Bells and whistles.
