This module is effective for documenting manipulative treatments (like those rendered by an Osteopath, or Chiropractor) in their SOAP notes.

This is the most comprehensive and extensive collection of techniques ever put together. This module included several hundred HVLA techniques, which cover 99% of any technique ever practiced in a private practice. Each technique comes fully detailed with point of contact, vector type, movement, and a realistic animation to quickly differentiate one from the other.

The program permits doctors to create a menu or series of charts composed of the techniques they most commonly use. From this, the doctor can document the precise treatment performed in seconds simply by clicking on the animations you use on a daily basis. This documentation can be saved in the form of a chart to be filed for the patient or simply record the techniques associated number on the SOAP. This number would remain constant as it is associated with your master protocol menu.

This menu works a bit like the menu in a restaurant. It is the same menu for all patients. For your convenience, the menu can be printed so you do not have to continuously to refer to the computer.

During a patient's visit, keep a copy of the printed menu on hand. From the menu, select the number of the technique that you performed and write this number in your patient’s SOAP notes.

If someone needs to know what treatment was performed on a specific day, simply send them a copy of your menu along with your SOAP. If you use software for your SOAP documentation, this program will work as a plug-in, giving precision where there was none.
